A new take on dining out.

  • Dining Intimacy.

Ever wonder why dinner with friends hits better than date night?

We love a good bouquet — but have you ever done tapas and mocktails until they started turning the lights up? Dinner is a ritual. One that allows us to pass, pour and pause. We pour just as much wine as we pour into each other. We pass around ideas and knowledge as we pass around plates. And, most importantly, we pause the tape of life to take a moment to reflect and exist. It is this moment of intimacy that serves as fuel for the labor and loads we reconnect with once we leave the table. When you dine with us, there is no agenda and no end goal. You never even have to share what you do for a living. We’re just grateful you came.

  • We value food.

If you’re a true foodie, welcome home. From farm to table meals to chef curated menus, there is nothing like a meal made with love and care. The food you eat is not incapable of absorbing energy far before it comes to your plate. When we care about what we put in our bodies, then we care about who we connect to that experience. Each menu, restaurant and recipe that we choose is one we are proud of and have enjoyed ourselves. If you’re new here, get ready to have your best food year starting now.

  • The Plated Society began as a calling, not a company.

Our founder, Ashura Simon, has always been drawn to beautifully set tables, intimate dinners, and the kind of social buzz that happens when people gather with intention. What started as a few thoughtfully hosted meals and small gatherings soon became something larger — a desire to create a modern supper club rooted in presence, taste, and shared experience.

The founding of The Plated Society mirrored the spirit of a Sunday dinner or a Thanksgiving celebration. Friends and family stepping away from their busy lives to boil water, set tables, and cut vegetables. Each person bringing what they could, knowing they would return to their own endeavors afterward — but choosing, in that moment, to be fully present. That collective care became the foundation of something unforgettable.

With the faith, dedication, and support of Saika, Karmen, Quintin, Aaliyah, Crystal, and Crissi, that original feeling was preserved and expanded — becoming what we now know as The Plated Society.

A place built on care, collaboration, and the belief that the best meals are never made alone.
